About RYHUS
What is RYHUS?
An iPhone app that plans your season for running, cycling, swimming, triathlon and strength, from today to the day you’re going for: your race, or a goal of your own.
Who is it for?
Healthy adults aged 18 and over who train for endurance sports, with a race or without one.
Is anything of mine sent to an AI?
No. Nothing of yours is sent to an AI or language-model provider.
Is it medical advice?
No. RYHUS plans training. It provides training information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If something feels wrong, stop, and talk to a doctor.
Can I download it?
Not yet. RYHUS is coming to the App Store.

Your plan
Do I need a race?
No. Without a race, your season climbs toward a milestone you choose, such as a 20-minute test or a 5 km time trial.
How hard is the plan?
At least 70 % of the time you run, ride or swim each week is easy or steady. Your race and your milestone’s time trial are your days, and aren’t counted.
What if my week changes?
Move a session, say you’re tired, or say a week is busy, and RYHUS makes the change you chose. Every change to your plan says why, and most can be undone with one tap.
When a change can’t be undone, the app says why. See it on Maya’s week.
How do I know why a session is in my plan?
Open it. Every rule behind your plan says what it rests on: research (and how strong it is), coaches’ practice, or RYHUS’s own judgement.

Your data
Where does my training come from?
From Apple Health. Your phone reads it with the permission you choose, and sends the RYHUS server only what the privacy notice lists.
Where is my data kept?
On the RYHUS server in France, in a storage area of its own. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers or analytics providers.
Do I need an Apple Account?
Yes. You sign in to RYHUS with Apple. RYHUS asks Apple for your name, never your email.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, or by writing to privacy@ryhus.com. The privacy notice explains your rights and what happens when you delete your account.
